How do I book a court or register for a program?+
Open play and most programs are on the PNT Club mobile app or through Book online links on each program page. Membership and coaching inquiries go through the front desk or our online forms.
How do I create a Play N Thrive Club account?+
Open pnt.club/create-account (or scan the club QR code at the front desk), pick Naperville or Schaumburg, and complete signup. You'll need this account to sign waivers and use the club app and website.
I'm a member — how do I manage my account?+
Sign in at pnt.club/member with the email on your Play N Thrive Club account. You'll get a magic link to your dashboard with booking and portal links for each club.
How do I request membership pricing?+
Use the membership inquiry form on our Memberships page, or call 847-231-2343. A team member will follow up with current plans and discounts.
Can I host a party or corporate event?+
Yes — use the event inquiry form on our Contact or Parties & Events pages. Corporate and group inquiries get priority follow-up.
What if I need help with billing or my membership?+
Signed-in members can open a support ticket at pnt.club/member/support. You can also call 847-231-2343 or email hi@pnt.club.
Which locations are open?+
Naperville and Schaumburg are open now. North Suburb is coming soon — join the waitlist on that location page.
